I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Centrally located. The biggest issue with this hotel is the breakfast there were flies over the fruit and pastries section I mentioned this to the hotel staff and they would address this however this is a big health and safety issue for customers.

The hotel is central, modern, and clean, which we appreciated. But the staff felt inattentive. There was no refill of coffee or water in our room — we had to call and ask. The rooftop terrace was closed despite the beautiful weather, supposedly only open for “special occasions.” For us, staying at a five-star hotel is a special occasion, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was underwhelming, with poor juice, supermarket-style pastries, and no proper bread. We also had one of the worst burgers we’ve had in a long time. Overall, not a place we’d recommend or return to.
