This is my new favorite go to hotel in NYC. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They also have a free happy hour and breakfast. The hotel is clean, quiet and in a great location.

This little hotel in Manhattan is a true gem! The location is unbeatable, the property itself is impeccable, and the staff, especially Elijah at the front desk and Yolanda in hospitality at the wine and cheese gathering at the end of the day, are amazing. Now that I have found this welcoming hotel, I will always return here.

Posizione fantastica, secondo me la migliore area di New York. Pulizia ok, apprezzato il free snaks. Camera piccola, manutenzione scarsa, colazione minimal.

We arrived at 2:00 AM exhausted from travel and delayed flights etc. Staff was wonderfully welcoming and open to our needs. We had requests in the morning for room change and the staff did everything possibly to accommodate us. We ended up in a room that we loved for 5 nights. We asked for restaurant recommendations and the staff had excellent suggestions that we enjoyed so much!

Great hotel on the back side of Carnegie Hall. Rooms are small but well laid out. Nice touch that snacks, water, coffee, tea, etc are available for free. Entire hotel was immaculate. Everything in the room seemed new. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with good breakfast each morning. the room was big enough for 2 people and had a nice view out the window. Only issue we encountered was when it was raining outside the water ran down some sort of drainage pipe outside that made a lot of noise, which sometimes made it challenging to sleep at night.

真實評價

4/10 尚可

Even by NY standards, the room was tiny and claustrophobic facing a solid wall 10 feet away. It did not have a comfortable chair and there was NO lobby. The hotel was clean and modern and in a good location.
