Bad Service
TV or remote control was not working. We told the front desk, no came to check on it. Next day told the front desk again, still no one came. Following day, we checked out and here comes someone to check the TV. Too late we were checking out already. Bad service!

First and last stay
Stayed in better for less . There was construction going on in the parking lot so half of the parking was not available. There was also no place to pull up to unload luggage . The shower had mildew spots on the floor. There was so much noise from traffic outside and you can hear anytime someone walks in the room above you. The “free breakfast” was probably the worst I’ve seen, cereal, a few bagels, packaged muffins, or yogurt from a machine. Definitely won’t be staying here again .

Clean and cozy
Check in was friendly, room was very clean and cozy. However, we could have used two chairs. The back support would have been nice, trying to watch tv. The corner room, however, had a tv to the side of the bed. In my opinion, this room is best suited to one person. The breakfast was fine for me, since I usually eat raisin bran. The yogurt was delicious, too. Hubby prefers eggs for breakfast, though.

Family of 5 loved our stay
The hotel room was fantastic. We got a double queen and a pull out sofa bed. We are a family of 5 and the room was really spacious and the most “kid friendly” hotel room we have ever stayed in. The room is really spacious and the kids had a lot of space to play and move around. The flooring was also wood so the fear of not being able to pick up spills was totally gone! We loved our stay!

Not the best experience
There was recurring noise throughout the night for the last two nights of our stay. In spite of the employees getting in contact with the guest above, the noise continued and it was loud banging noise throughout the night and early morning.

Spark by Hilton is a quaint hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Our suite was huge and the price was reasonable. The hotel was clean and the hallways smelled fresh.
