The room was nice. There was a constant buzzing alarm until 3am. It then started again at 7am. (Got very little sleep) There was no hot water in the shower. I mentioned the issue to the front desk when taking bags to the car. When I returned, the front desk said that the manager would arrive in about an hour and would contact me and reduce my room charge. I thanked her (she was very nice). I did not ask for anything I just thought it should be corrected for the next guest. Needless to say, I did not hear a thing from the manager. When I reported the issue, I did so as an FYI to the property, but if you say you are going to do something, then do it, or say nothing.
