At arrival (late evening), the front desk employee told me they didn't have available rooms. Had to look somewhere else.

Good hotel in a bad situation.
The air didnt work and there was an extra $100 deposit for a $71 room. Managed to negotiate for $100 total. Was told we would get the deposit the next day. That was monday. Its currently 11:30pm tuesday. Still waiting on that deposit. Good hotel though. Staff was super friendly.

This was an absolute disaster. I booked this hotel for my family and myself to just get away and when we get there they tell us there is no AC so he gave us two options one he could refund us the amount and we find our own hotel that same day or stay in the hotel but we would have to suffer with the heat of Fresno. We drove 3 hours to get there and Having two small children I was not even considering staying there so we decided to get a refund and get a new place which was a fortune being that we had to get a new hotel the same day. The reason why it’s upsetting is because we never got any sort of email or called to let us know about the issue which would have let us plan accordingly and we would have resolved the issue before even getting to the hotel.
