Excellent services under these restrictions and the Staff are very helpful

Rooms have been updated, but very cold and not the cleanest. Hotel has been updated throughout but very old and tired.

Ok for am overnight. Not a renovated hotel so tired bit clean. Comfy bed.

Good price but didn’t feel the bed was comfy enough to get a good nights sleep.

Pleasant stay. Quiet,clean room.

The hotel is quite good and the reception from Kate was exemplary. The property is rather well cared for, but the sliding glass doors are the first impression of the care of the property and there is a serious issue with the bearings that cause significant noise when the door opens. The inner door was functioning correctly. The restaurant service was welcome, as the Hungry Horse nearby was fully booked. I took a gamble and asked for a medium-cooked steak, but it was well-done+. Be certain you ask for your steak rare if you want a medium-cooked steak. Everything else was great.

For the service received should’ve just stayed closed. Breakfast was cheap watered down juice and tasteless coffee, warm milk and cheap doughy rolls with cold bacon or rubber sausages. Shouldn’t have to ask to change towels sealed bag at the door would’ve worked. And staff wearing a mask doesn’t mean they can’t acknowledge our existence only one member of staff said hello whole weekend. My booking was dearer option to include cancellation due to covid and breakfast, could’ve bought at local Aldi for £2, wish I had taken cheap option certainly not worth what we paid. I’m a nurse and worked through covid so totally understand restrictions but not a happy stay

Stay at this hotel quite frequently, however we were not entirely happy with the breakfast we had paid for. Due to Covid situation breakfast consisted of bacon or sausage batch which was cold when we came to eat it, cereals coffee or tea. We would have liked to be told about breakfast arrangements before hand. We would probably have booked room only as on the second morning we left the hotel without breakfast we’d paid for.

This will be the 3rd time we have stayed at Holiday Inn M6 , Always found it to be excellent! Hygiene ,Staff lovely and helpful and they Smile! During this difficult time of the Cov 19 situation and having only recently reopened the hotel provided good sanitation freely available and clear information of guidlines. Monica your little slogans on windows and mirror did make me smile.A lovely touch! And a very pleasent helpful young man on reception was a bonus!
