Both up and down
Room was very clean. Sink drain is close to being plugged. Very disappointed in the food service. As a gluten free person I need to be careful with what I eat. Friday morning was not at all gluten sensitive. I asked the clerk if the menu changed. I was told that on weekends the menu would be sausage and eggs as the main entre. The menu did not change so I was not able to eat at the hotel all three mornings. The dry cereal had gluten. The bread and other food were not gluten free

Not a happy camper
We booked this room because the reviews said it was excellent. However, our bed was so sunken in the middle that I hardly slept as I had to brace myself from rolling in to my husband all night long. Not impressed.

I would stay again.
Checking in went fast. Room was clean. ( main thing). Bed was pretty good. Area around sink a bit small for my wife’s liking and a luggage dolly would be nice. But staff were excellent and room clean and comfortable. I would go back.

Double charged
The hotel itself was perfectly fine. It was easy to find, clean and as quiet as you would expect. The only issue I have is that evene though I booked and prepaid with Hotels.com, that I really, really like, the front desk clerk charged my card again. It has been five business days and I still do not have tge refund. Tge hotel is trying to blame my bank. I have had the account since 2001 and received many refunds. I trust them when they say no refund has been sent...

Stopped in for a quick night on the road, definitely not as nice as pics advertised but was fine for what we needed. Ac/heat unit was very loud, I did not sleep well but hubby did. May stay again but for the price and what u get I may go for a cheaper one if it’s all the same

We atop every year on way to visit family. Place is clean and price is good. This teip the breakfast was terrible. Sausage gravy was cold. Biscuits were stale. Orange juice machine was so diluted it was flavored water. This could improve. I still recommend this hotel and will return on our travels.

Unbelievably dirty
The room was unbelievably horrible. The a/c was so loud. If you have carpet, wear socks. Just not white. The carpets were so dirty, I started with white socks, then a dark brown. Just walking to the bathroom.

The hotel looked nice and the staff was friendly and breakfast the next morning was very good. However the bed was rock hard and the walls were paper thin as i could hear the screaming/crying and generally loud kids next door that kept me awake until 2am. When i requested to move to a different room i found out i couldn't as they were booked full. The employee did go ask for the family with loud kids to quiet down but probably less than 5 minutes later they were noisy again. So as long as you dont get stuck next to a rude family that dosnt bother to control there kids you could probably have a pretty nice night.
