The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were all very good. However, the menu in the restaurant was very poor with a very limited choice, especially for a vegetarian…..and the pasta dish my husband had was very small.

Very hot room experience

The room was too hot and the AC was very weak to make the room comfortable. They changed our room but it had the same bad AC. The rooms do not have refrigerator and there was not ice machine in the floor. You should go to restaurant and ask them for ice.

Don’t stay here in the summer!

It was an absolute disaster, first we waited for over an hour to check in at 8pm. Then our ac didn’t work, and hotel staff would not do anything to help fix unit or move us to another room. They acted like we were a bother by complaining our air wasn’t working. We intentionally switched hotels just for the ac because it was extremely hot in Germany at that time and my daughter and I both have asthma and can’t sleep without ac. To top it off we paid 3 times as much to switch hotels. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this stay.

Seit 4 Jahren sind die Karten mit deutscher Küche abgeschafft und es gibt das was es überall gibt. Burger. Die ganze Zeit gab es Tassen im Zimmer, jetzt Pappbecher. Das in unserer Zeit geht gar nicht. Neuer Pächter, schlechte Veränderung

Rigtig fint ophold på en enkelt nat. Værelset var fint og rummeligt, og i generel god stand. Lige bortset fra gulvtæppet og de to stole, hvor den ene i hvert fald var fyldt med pletter. Pænt og rent badeværelse. Morgenmaden var fremragende, og havde et rigtig godt udvalg. Meget hjælpsomt personale.

En god oplevelse .

Det gik lidt langsomt og få checket ind, men resten af oplevelsen var meget fint. Vi havde et problem med hul i dynen, men efter vi havde sagt det til personalet blev det fikset. Vi var der kun i 2 dage så vi nået ikke at få oplevet de faciliteter som de havde, så dem er der ingen kommentarer om.
