An amazing hotel, situated next to the Spanish stairs in a very central location. The hotel was opened recently so it's brand new and very clean. Rooms are in great size and the staff is extremely kind and helpful with fulfilling all requests. Highly recommended hotel!

Excellent place to stay for me and my friend. Modern, clean, and great staff. The breakfast is good with lots of options and tasty coffee. It’s such a bonus that they serve breakfast until noon. Location couldn’t be better with short walk to sites, metro, shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay at Room Mate Filippo

I visited Room Mate Filippo with my mom and brother during our Italy vacation. The hotel was perfect from the cleanliness, to the decor, to the staff to the location. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome and we will for sure stay here again when we return to Rome.

Highly recommend this hotel whilst visiting Rome. Perfectly located to walk to all the main attractions with an excellent choice of restaurants nearby. The customer service received here is outstanding. The front desk staff are extremely accommodating, friendly yet thoroughly professional. There is an excellent breakfast buffet, which is constantly replenished, and immaculate housekeeping throughout. I look forward to staying again in the future.

My stay here was fantastic!! I can’t thank the staff enough for being so kind and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous, and they have different waters + champagne up for grabs there. The rooms were VERY clean. I do want to note that I’m personally not a fan of carpeted rooms, but I can tell the cleanliness was top notch. The free breakfast was awesome, and the location is unbeatable. All in all, it was a great stay. Next time I’m in Rome I’ll be staying here again!

From the moment we walked in it we knew it was going to be a great stay. The hotel is smaller in number of rooms. Room size was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and bathroom was wonderful. The stafff from the front desk to maid service to breakfast staff went way beyond to make you feel comfortable. Tucked off a main busy road and east to walk it catch a taxi to where ever you want to go.. Definitely would revisit this hotel…

I want to go back

8 Min walk to Spanish steps yet on a quiet street. Genuinely kind staff and the hotel is in immaculate condition. Opened 2019. You can get a nice breakfast but there is no hotel restaurant, on purpose, as the cost of the restaurant is spent on improving the guests experience. Watch the sun set over Rome from their rooftop. Also, I miss that bed.
