The staff is what makes this property. The service is amazing. They booked my tours for me and recommended places to eat. They also communicated with all my drivers and ensured that we get to where we needed to go. Tony went above and beyond and he truly made our stay outstanding. We were a bit early for check in so we took advantage of the spa services. The massages were great! I recommend you stay here if you want a more personable service.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned well and facilities in the room were good. Very close to the beach and the variety of bars and restaurants in the area were good. It's right next to the beach which is really nice. The staff of the hotel are some of the most pleasant and professional that I have encountered. Awesome place, 2 minutes walk to the beach and next to super nice streets with good restaurants and pub. The pool is amazing to watch the sunset and the room is cute, clean and technologic. The service is impeccable, always welcoming us warmly with refreshing beverages. The breakfasts were also very good, both vietnamese and western style. I highly recommend the place, we had a super experience.
