Comfy quaint boutique hotel in heart of Quarter

Loved this hotel. Great location in the heart of the quarter, lovely old school vibe, spacious and comfortable rooms, great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable beds and pillows.

Très mauvais enregistrement ou la personne s'est trompé sur notre identité et voulait nous faire payer la chambre déjà réglée sur le site. Autrement hôtel bien situé au cœur du quartier français. Chambre petite mais dans le style new Orléans.

Sweet stay in the French Quarter!

Prince Conti is an adorable and comfortable hotel in the French Quarter—close to everything, but quiet enough to sleep well at night. I had the option of staying here or at a large chain hotel for a conference. This was absolutely the best choice. The hotel was very clean with lovely decor and super friendly and helpful staff. We also loved Cafe Conti. My tween/teen daughters and I felt totally at home here—highly recommended!

pros and cons at French Quarter hotel

Nicely decorated room in French Quarter hotel which had character. Conveniently located. Water in bathroom sink was only a trickle and it did not get warm. A drinking water station somewhere in the hotel would have been nice.

A great French Quarter hotel!

The Prince Conti Hotel is 1/2 block from Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and nightspots of all sorts. Even so, it is amazingly quiet inside the hotel. All of the staff, especially Kanny and Ashley, are extremely friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to help you. If you go, make sure you try the Cafe Conti - it was amazing! We would definitely stay there again!

Small, quaint, and beautiful hotel.

This is our first visit to New Orleans, and we wanted to stay in the French Quarter to get the full experience. This hotel does not have everything, but what I love about it is the location, the friendly staff, and the quaint and beautiful interior. For those who like to party, this is only one block from Bourbon Street, but far enough that the surrounding area is pretty quiet at night.

Great location

Good hotel good location close to Bourbon street. Pretty quiet at night but you could hear some bass from the music from the bars on Bourbon, at least on the the 3rd floor. The sheets and towels could be cleaner. They had a bunch of stains. The bed was really comfy which was great. I like mine soft and my spouse likes it stiffer so it worked for both of us.

Bait & Switch

The welcome at the front desk was very nice. I booked this property because of ratings and pics…very dissatisfied. The place was run down starting with the elevator and spilled cocktail and wrappers on floor. The carpet was worn in hallways. Our room: pillows and sheets smelled dirty, toilet was worn and gross looking. The door to our room had big crack/opening where you could hear and smell everything taking place in hallways. Vent was filthy. Took plenty of pics and will attach if possible. They also get you with at $42 parking fee “unless you want to risk parking on street, getting towed or broken into.”

Great price, great location

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had room 104 with a slow leak that required a trash to be used to catch the water. I found the hallways to smell a bit musty as well. Otherwise, the room was clean, spacious, and more than enough room for what we needed. We had breakfast at the Conti Cafe and the crepes were large and delicious.
