Incredibly small room/ long stay not recommended

Not recommended for longer stay (ie not > 2 days) too stressful to stay in such smal room. Hotel staff messed up our dinner reservation with a popular hotel in town. So embarassed at the restaurant. It is very clean. Location is perfect. Breakfast variety is good. They should have shown a real picture to show the size of the room for potential customers. We didnt expect for huge room, but at least a room for this price, two persons could get out of the room together easily when door was opened.

Good central location

Great location. Near transport links. Staff at hotel were exceptional, very helpful. Good breakfast each morning included. Remember hotel is an older building. Small lift ( a bonus in this type of building), and small overall. Room was compact but comfy. Minimal areas outside of room.

Nära och bra till centralstationen men ändå lugnt område. Lite äldre standard. Ok frukostbuffé men saknar bra bröd samt kändes mindre fräsch om man inte åt tidigt. Bra servicepersonal.

A diamond in the rough

This hotel is a gem, its quant and quiet. Convenient to just about everything you want to see in Rome. 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini, 15 to the Trevi fountain, restaurants in the area are close, food was amazing as well as café. Hotel staff were the best we have ever experienced. They took the time to help us navigate through Rome, what to see, where to go, how to get there. They really went above and beyond.

Firstly, the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! The staff were amazingly helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean. It’s in a fab location, literally 2 minutes from the Opera which I recommend for anyone staying in Rome! 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be returning.

We spent three nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with easy access to metro and bus connections — all major sights in Rome were reached quickly. While buses were often overcrowded and delayed (not the hotel’s fault), the hotel itself stood out with its charming British-style interior and incredibly friendly staff. They were helpful and well-informed, offering advice on local events and even train strikes when asked. The area around the hotel isn’t the cleanest, but that’s more a reflection of Rome in general. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, and the elevator is quite small — suitable for 2-3 people without luggage — which made arrival and departure slightly tricky. Still, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it.
