We have stay in the room of 1 floor for 6 nights. During the stay, the door locks of main door and bathroom were both brocken. We were worried about the safety problem, but the employee told us they keep locks brocken purposely since they worried about elders might fall down in bathroom?! I don't know about the others,, but not a good answer for me.

Rarement vu un accueil aussi deplorable. Le check-in, d'après le mail reçu, devait se faire à partir de 14h. Nous sommes arrivés vers 13h, je demande si il est possible de faire un check-in plus tôt, le mec très mal aimable me demande 40$, puis 20, puis finalement me dit que ce ne sera pas possible avant 14h15... nous avions un impératif dans San Francisco, je lui demande de faire au plus vite. Il nous a fais languir avec un sourire narquois. La chambre était prête vers 14h, la femme de ménage, très sympathique, nous propose de monter nos bagages pour gagner du temps... le gars de l'accueil est arrivé presque menaçant nous disant qu'il fallait attendre en bas. Nous sommes restés calmes, cependant son comportement a été intolérable.

The man working the front desk during our stay- I believe his name is Jake- was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the property is in a great area with a lot of things to do nearby including a flat walk to the Palace of Fine Arts and views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. The first come first serve parking is ample and suitable for the size of the hotel, and the light to-go breakfast offered very fresh and nicely ripened bananas, granola bars and beverages that were perfect for starting our day before venturing out and exploring San Francisco both days of our stay. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to others, and would go again ourselves the next time we find ourselves in San Francisco. Thank you Days Inn- Lombard for everything during our stay!

Perfect location. The Golden Gate Bridge, The Palace Museum and the Zig Zag road were very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
