Good stay
Our stay was nice. The staff was great. House helpers need a raise they went above and beyond with oir room!! Only 2 things i would critque. Park is so tight and barely enough room to get in and out of the car and the parking around the pool makes it really hard to back out of spots even in a small car. Last thing breakfast options were disappointing, very little options and the very little seating for families. Also you should let your customers know there are fireworks at 930 each day. It scared us the frist night we were there.

Not what the pictures portray!
The picture online is far from the room we were assigned. Although the beds were comfortable, the carpets were stained and dirty, and had a musty smell to the room, the bathroom was in need of repairs, the tub would not drain during a shower so you stood in 2 inches of water every shower. The paint was cracked and warped with a strange vent in the bathroom door. Overall was just gross. The microwave worked sporatically, and then there was this wierd AC unit on the wall with a red box attached below it. The ice maker wasnt working, and the continental breakfast was a joke. And lastly the door going into the room from the outside did not fit and light and drafts occured all around. Basically run down and inaccurate pictures. I would not stay here again, even if they paid me!

Absolutely recommend staying here
Best place we have stayed at by far! The beds are super comfortable and slept so good! And the plus side they had shuttle to Disneyland at very reasonable and convenient times to go and back from Disneyland!! Saved us a lot on parking! Everything overall was amazing! Definitely recommend to stay here with your family!

Almost perfect
All of staff was amazing. We stayed in the family room with bunk beds and were surprised at how big it was compared to the pictures. The amount of space was amazing. My only problem with the room was that the carpet was filthy! Sticky stuff here and there and our socks and feet were completely black within a hour. Carpet maybe wasn’t the best choice for a family room unless it’s being shampooed regularly. Also they only allow one parking spot per reservation in case you’re like us and have multiple families staying together. Other than that the stay was nearly perfect.

Great Stay!!
Absolutely loved our stay! We planned our family vacation to Disneyland and it was down the road. It’s about a 20 minute walk. Only thing we were upset about, not the greatest breakfast, so if you’re looking for that don't recommend this hotel. But, overall loved staying here, will definitely come back.

Disneyland short vacation
It was close to Disneyland, which was our destination. Check in was efficient and friendly. I called twice prior to my stay and had great service. The property is clean and safe. Well lit. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and was enough to feed us and get out day going. I will stay here again. They have a shuttle as well, which we didn't utilize this time but will next time.
