Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern about our room. Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable. We sincerely appreciate the care shown to us, particularly by Ms. Tran and Ms. Lam, and would gladly stay here again."
