Very disappointing
From the start the check in service was terrible. We called before we booked and asked which room type gave a view of the port and was told that all room types had that option and it was just luck of the draw. When we asked at the hotel we were told the rooms with a view were more money. The parking was also really expensive. The lobby was very clean and nice but on a Holiday weekend with several ships coming and going and 2 major football games, only 3 of the 5 elevators were working and a worker told us stairs could only be used for emergencies. We waited 10-20 mins on average for the elevator. The real kicker was the room was not clean. When we walked in there was a coffee stirrer on the floor. I took a few more steps and squished a raisin. The tub had sitting water in it. The shower curtain was falling apart. The dispenser was completely out of shampoo. Multiple lightbulbs were blown. The room was very spacious just not clean.
