absolutely no value for the money you pay the price for 5 stars hotel and get 3 stars facility. if you come in late or have to check in a flight at small hours in the morning and don't want to make extra travel arrangements then this is the place for you.
The hotel is conveniently located within the airport but please consider that you will need to take a train to get to the property.
The restaurant food was not that good.
The restaurant was not very clean.

Great place to stay at YYZ
This hotel is great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Toronto Pearson Airport. The restaurant offers a great menu. Parking is available while you are travelling at a reduced rate if you don’t book on points.

Terrible experience. Two dogs in a room across the hall and waking up patrons from three nearby rooms at 1:30 & 2:30 in the morning. A couple of us called front desk from the room phone and cell phones and no answer. Two of us got dressed and went downstairs after knocking on the door only to hear two dogs freaking out. Security came to door and said he would go in if they didn’t come to the door. They didn’t and security didn’t go in and did nothing. Downstairs manager said he ‘wasn’t an octopus’ when asked why he didn’t answer four calls. 2 rooms moved to another room at 3am. Disruptive dog owners left untouched. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered and $460/nite!!! Wow. Terrible hotel practice and terrible staff. Never again. It’s funny how hotel chains can either shine or fail miserably in these situations. Needless to say this one failed. Even at check-in they couldn’t locate reservation and delayed us. Then said oh, could it be under your name, when I already told them it was. Would the reservation confirmation number not point to this as well as being verbally told? But no, instead they go get the manager who had no solutions either. Pathetic service all around.
