For customers using the airport shuttle. The hotel should tell the customer to plan extra time when using the shuttle. The shuttle takes care of four hotels and the traffic around the airport is heavy.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and it great for the price and location. Staff is extremely friendly, great breakfast options, and it is clean. I will also say that, unfortunately, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (due to a guest smoking), the emergency system and exit plan worked perfectly and the staff took care of everyone's concerns as quickly as they could.

Beautiful up on the 9th floor. It had a balcony, and we could see the gallery from the elevators. Everyone was so kind and they allowed for early check in-my partner was traveling here from Texas and she was exhausted.

Ran out of rooms. Got a different room than what reserved. Charged for parking. Site said no parking fees.

We arrived and were able to check in early and enjoy the pool area which was very warm and relaxing for us. Had a great stay- it’s visually stunning inside. Coffee was good and lots of breakfast items. Thank you Embassy! Large TVs in both rooms was convenient. The front desk staff Trevor was very welcoming and helpful. Will look to stay here again for longer. Kids loved it.
