Our room was filthy. No apologies from ens on reception when changing rooms. No plug in the bath so couldn’t have a bath. Cobwebs all on the walls

Hotel para relax
Aunque está a 15 minutos en auto desde el centro está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación de tren (7 minutos en auto). La atencion del personal del Hotel es aceptable pero sobresale la atención, el sentido de urgencia y la empatía de Celia. Los cuartos son amplios y está rodeado de naturaleza. Así que si quieres disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo este puede llegar a ser tu lugar. Pasa un autobús a cuatro minutos caminando que te lleva al centro de Southampton (€ 7all day ticket) y también a

Good bye to an early peaceful sleep for children
Disappointed that a hotel that is so close to a family theme park and hosts I’m sure many many children they do not have bed guards. An essential for bringing children to a hotel. Also one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Constant door banging and noise on corridor. Not ideal when having children stay.

Bad odour in Room
We recently stayed at this hotel the overall hotel was clean and nice however the room we stayed was not comfortable at all. Every time we walked in the room the room had this horrible odour. We even spoke to the receptionist Ben and unfortunately he could not do anything other spray some room spray we weren’t able to change rooms due to the being fully booked. On top of the bed and pillows was so uncomfortable probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Considering we stayed two nights we should have been given that option to change rooms. I wouldn’t stay there again

Bon emplacement pour l'accès aux routes. Petit déjeuner très bien. Pas trop Eco responsable, les serviettes ont été remplacées chaque jour, je n'avais pas demandé, puis la climatisation tourne en permanence même quand il fait 20C à l'extérieur.

Check before it's too late!
Hotel and room excellent. Bed mattress and bed pillows were tired, needed a new mattress and new bedding essentials. Reported to reception upon leaving, as nothing would have been done in a reasonable time frame out of hours. Apart from that, the hotel, bar and restaurant are good, staff excellent.

Convenient to airport!

The only issue was at check- in. I was assigned to room 309, but my key card wouldn’t work. The housekeeper took my card to get it reprogrammed at reception. While I was waiting, another young man came to #309 which he was assigned - and his key card worked. I went back to reception and I was reassigned to the correct room. The personnel housekeeping and reception) were very helpful and apologetic. I was grateful the error was resolved without incident.
