Queja del gerente nocturno! HOTEL ESPECTACULAR

El hotel es increíble, es la tercera vez que voy ! Tengo que quejarme del gente nocturno PEDRO CHI, una persona despota, grosera, y que nunca dio la cara para solucionar el problema que tuve ya que como ya había ido anteriormente el hotel tenía un registro antiguo con mi correo y no me permitía registrarme para hacer uso del service room, tuvimos que ir a la 3 am a recepción donde LUVIA la recepcionista nocturna nos resolvió el problema ya que teníamos hambre porque no pudimos reservar en el restaurante japonés. En realidad toda la gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable y servicial! El hotel tiene muy buen tamaño, es limpio, nuevo, ofrece buenos alimentos y bebidas

Really enjoyed our stay here. First time staying north of Cancun. Resort is well-maintained. Staff are excellent - helpful, very engaged and friendly. Food is above average for all-inclusive - lots of choices and reservations for the a la carte restaurants not too difficult to get. The resort is ideal for families of young children (we are a couple in our mid-50’s) so we found ourselves a bit short on same-age visitors. We enjoyed hanging out at the quieter pool and spent long days there. Evening entertainment was of a very good calibre (again for a resort). Highlight is this stretch of beach. One can walk in either direction for many km’s. Overall…a very good experience and would recommend.

This is the first time I have ever stayed at an all inclusive resort and I had heard these types of vacation can be hit or miss but we had a great time at Catalonia! The food was above average to good across the board (habachi was the best meal we had) and the service overall was great! For dinner at any of the restaurants, we had to make reservations and the process of doing so was confusing at times. Having exclusive access to the beach right off the property was also amazing. We did not have the best weather, so we were a little disappointed in the fact that neither pool was heated and there were no hot tubs on the property. Overall it was a good trip and we would go back!

Beautiful beach escape

Beautiful full service all inclusive. Loved how much beach and chair access there was on the beach. Main food hall is great, most restaurant are fine but not great except the Tepenyaki- that spot was excellent. Loved the roomy suite. Didn’t use the patio pool because it was not heated. It’s a big but not too big resort. Bummer that Pepsi products were the standard.

I’m so happy we chose Catalonia for our vacation, the food is amazing, cheers to the chefs! We have stayed in a couple of resorts in Cancun and Punta Cana and I can say Catalonia grand Costa Mujeres has the best food. They offer delicious options for lunch including Peruvian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Italian and burgers (besides the buffet). The room was clean, comfortable bed and Karina the house keeper was always attentive and friendly, our room stayed clean and organized during our whole stay. Definitely will come back.

Todo el Personal con toda la disposición de ayudar y asistir, la habitación muy bonita solo que nos tocó ruido todas las noches así que si fue un tema el poder dormir, si está muy retirado pero es parte de su encanto , lo que sí es un asunto es el poder reservar para comer o cenar en los restaurantes, salvo los 2 que no requieren reservación. Todos los demás cuando llegas para poder reservar sería hasta el 3er día así que salvo que vayas un par de semanas solo podrás ir a muy pocos , el Spa es muy bueno , las albercas nos tocaron saturadas y algunos huéspedes un poco escandalosos por que lo que preferimos ir a la playa , los bares muy bien también, las tiendas bien aunque hace falta una farmacia surtida solo hay algunos analgésicos y cositas pero nada más y tuvimos que salir a buscar una y todas cierran temprano y eso que llegamos hasta Cancún y nada , solo si tuvimos un asunto molesto el Gerente de Membresías un ITALIANO llamado Francesco se portó RACISTA con Nosotros y eso que querían venderme Una membresía no me imagino como es normalmente y hizo comentarios de esa índole supongo que no recordó que está en México. Pero salvo ese individuo todo fue maravilloso.
