Great location for the student conference held annually. Just beside. I was here last year for the same event and as always. The hotel and staff didn’t disappoint. Excellent service and modern hotel. And the breakfast is even better this year. Best choice in this area of Nice.

Been there a number of times and liked it. This time a few things were not quite good enough. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was rather limited, and coffee was not good. Pool was nice except for horrible music blasting too loud all the time. Pool staff bit obsessive about tidying recliners - making things a bit uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned very well. But very comfortable bed. So, nothing awful, but just felt things were slipping a bit.

Modern renovated hotel, very clean. It is not in the center of everything but close by. You can get to the old city and Promenade within 20 minutes. The staff is very nice. They did put us in a different room type than I reserved and could not be changed since it was sold out. The staff was very kind and the room type they assigned us was not too bad. One note: the bathroom and shower does smell like a sewer. Overall a good experience.

The location was ideal since it is right next to the Acropolis. I was attending a conference for a week, so walking a couple of blocks was ideal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This made travelling with a 1 year-old much easier! We really appreciate the entire staff for making our week spent in Nice a wonderful experience.

this was my first time in lease and this property. It was absolutely awesome! The stuff was pretty friendly for French people. There were plenty of amenities and the location was very convenient and about a 15 minute walk from the port.

Same as all the other nh hotels we stay, staff service ranks number 1. The staff at reception is extremely helpful in helping us with all sorts of enquiry. The restaurant service is equally good. We stay in the family suite. It's spacious. However, it's pretty dark as there isn't any ceiling lights. Besides there's no air conditioning outlet in the master bedroom so it's pretty hot

Some of the staff are very rude like Edi Carlos. Edi Carlos needs to be fired. His attitude stinks. He doesn’t let the the guests finish their sentence and tries to argue. He had seemed have a problem with guest saying the room made her sick and showed no empathy at all despite it was the hotel faults. They lied about cleaning the room and did not and I got ill on the second night. It was horrible. I have stayed at other NH hotels and this is the worst one. The staff and service are terrible. I do not recommend

Tout est très bien, la chambre choisie spacieuse, mais le seul point très négatif est le manque de qualité du matelas pour un hôtel qui veut être 4 étoiles ! Une vraie planche ou plaque en pierre, comme dans un formule 1. Pour avoir fréquenter d’autres hôtels NH, les lits n’ont jamais été aussi médiocres. Dommage que l’hôtelier ne considère pas le lit, comme une priorité. Le problème est récurant, selon le staff à la réception.

A nice hotel with a great roof top pool (except it is not heated). The rooms show some wear and tear, but are nice enough and clean. We had some issues with the booking as the photos on Hotels.com did not match the room category we booked. We had specifically booked the jr suit because the photos showed it had a door separating the bedroom and living room, something which was very important since we travelled with a baby. But on arrival, we were told that this was only in the family rooms, and these were not available. The hotel admitted that the photos were wrong and gave us a family room for the last 3 nights, and we also got a small compensation from Hotels.com so the situation was solved nicely in the end, but we had to go to bed at 2000 with the baby the first two nights which was not ideal..

Praktisches Hotel

Als wir im NH angekommen sind viel uns alls erstes der Schlafbereich auf. Der war schön gestaltet und sauber. Auch Badzimmer und Wc waren sauber. Was uns aber auch aufgefallen ist, es ist ein renoviertes Hotel, es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Der Teppich im Eingangsbereich war schräg platziert und irgenwie wurde eim der Eindruck vermittelt, ist das wirklich 4 Stern? Die Decke im Eingangsbereich vom Zimmer war ein Spalt zu sehen, dahinter sehr viel Staub, die Wasserflaschen die gratis aufzufüllen sind, eine nette Idee, waren nicht sauber, der Vorhang hatte Löcher, das Fenster war nicht vollständig schliessbar und dadurch hatte man das Gefühl die Autos von der Strasse unterhalb direkt im Zimmer zu haben. Wenn ihr ein gutes Hotel, dass sauber ist, gut gelegen ist und einfach nur dort übernachtet. Super Wahl.

Dejligt hotel. Super beliggenhed og skønt pool område. Man kan fravælge rengøring og i stedet få voucher til drikkelse i lobbyen. Gode omgivelser og nemt at komme rundt. Værelset var fint og rummeligt dog var hovedpuder ikke imponerende. Kommer gerne igen.
