The only thing I don't like about the bath water is insufficient pressure and less water,The rest was very satisfactory. The room was large, clean and new.

Great overall stay for families
Nice hotel and great value. The pool water is not so great. I guess they’re so busy and lots of kids.

Clumps of hair in Bathroom
I’ve stayed at many Hyatts as a member. I’ve never had a bad experience. However, this time I was met with a situation that quite surprised me. As I hopped in the shower, I was met with a wall of hair clumps. Not one, or two or even 10 strands… clumps of hair. It was alarming, to say the least, and left me wondering what else hadn’t been cleaned properly. The kind of situation that makes your skin crawl.
The most disappointing part of it all honestly was the lack of empathy from the front desk. I received a half hearted “sorry” and a comment that the cleaning staff would be spoken to. (The agent didn’t even seem surprised) After that I was met with the option of the equivalent to $30 in compensation. It was fairly offensive.
