Some of the check-in staff had serious attitude problems, we had to wait a whole day just to get two towels, there’s no fridge or microwave in many of the rooms. You have to have a voucher for breakfast and it doesn’t come with all rooms. I will never stay here again.

My first to Atlanta. I chose the place due to its close proximity to the MARTA subway, walking distance to the Varsity, and the fact that I could spot it from a distance away. I liked the fact it was also near major attractions like Fox Theater and The Margaret Mitchell House.

The room was so shabby and dirty that we had to ask for another room. I assume people who book through apps get the worst rooms. The so called smoking area is outside the hotel where beggars came to pick up the cigarettes butts and its filthy. Very unpleasant. I consider this kind of ostracism intolerable.The area is unsafe and there are a lot of homeless.
