Great location. Room OK in size. They clean every day - you just don't know when (once it was around 18:00). The only things that were missing in the room were drawers or shelves. breakfast was good, with lots of variety. Service: excellent!! At the restaurant, at the bar. Especially at the front desk: AAA to Andre Cardoso! If I'll ever come back to Lisbon - I Will come back to this hotel.

Andre was amazing I arrived super early 8:00am was jet lagged and he checked me in early. Rooms are spotless clean and comfortable. Polite staff and friendly Guiterem and Ronny were the best.
