Wi-fi muito ruim, banheiro é bom porém acumula água na área do box e não disponibilizam rodo., Não tem compartimento para colocar xampu e o papel higiênico é de qualidade inferior. Café da manhã bom. Forma de pagamento horrível , com parcelamento insuficiente, local do hotel infelizmente não oferece segurança, porém os funcionários são sempre solícitos e educados.

PRÓS: Hotel muito bom, na minha estadia deu para perceber que está sendo reformado aos poucos, achei o atendimento muito bom, os quartos tem tamanho bom, estava limpo, tv com netflix, chuveiro com água quente, banheiro limpo, trocam as toalhas e lençóis a cada limpeza, frigobar, e o ar condicionado muito eficiente, estacionamento um pouco estreito mais foi muito útil e tranquilo e tem manobrista, e o melhor foi o café da manhã excelente, farto, várias opções e muito saboroso, gostamos muito, o elevador apesar de parecer antigo, nos atendeu bem e não deu nenhum problema. CONTRAS: Barulho um pouco incômodo dos motores de ar condicionado dentro do quarto, pelo menos no que eu fiquei ap 107, barulho vindo da conzinha acredito eu, dava pra ouvir panelas e louças e tbm cheiro de comida dentro do quarto, talvez uma manta acústica, ou algum tipo de proteção nas janelas poderiam melhorar muito essas questões.

O atendimento foi muito bom, porém a estrutura é antiga, elevador antigo e barulhento. O quarto estava sem TV, pois a mesma estava encostada junto com o painel quebrado do lado da parede. O ambiente é muito barulhento por conta dos condensadores dos ar-condicionados. Cedo da manhã da pra ouvir o barulho do pessoal preparando o café. A rua é muito estranha de noite.

Excelente custo benefício

O hotel oferece um excelente custo benefício. Quartos limpos e cama confortável. Os funcionários são cordiais e o café da manhã é bem farto, variado e gostoso. A localização é excelente e apesar de ser no centro de Fortaleza (muito violenta) até que achei a rua bem calma, inclusive fomos a um dos barzinhos próximo ao hotel. O prédio está em reforma mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia e mesmo sendo no centro tivemos uma noite bem tranquila de sono, sem barulhos. Recomendo bastante e voltaremos.

Local de fácil acesso/bem localizado, funcionários super legais, café da manhã com diversas opções, chuveiro com água quente e fria... Só não gostei da acústica, pois qdo o pessoal estão limpando os demais quartos, que arrastam algum móvel, ouvirmos tudo. Porém, nada que um adesivo nos pés dos móveis não possam resolver. Amei!!
