It is a nice hotel, in a great neighborhood. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to parks. The room was large and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the terrace bar, it is not a rooftop bar but it was open and had nice views. Enjoyed the free breakfast. I felt well taken care of.

Very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of good restaurants. We were comfortable walking around in the evening after dark. Helpful staff. Rooftop terrace is nice, if a bit expensive. Breakfast bar is pretty basic but the made to order omelettes are a nice touch.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, sometimes like a sauna. They did provide me with a portable AC unit when we asked for a fan, but the unit was VERY loud and not very efficient. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

The hotel itself is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vicky who cleaned our room daily was excellent. The only gripe is that the rooms get extremely hot and I struggled to sleep. We were given an air conditioning unit but it was very noisy and ended up turning it off and sweating.

This is a new building, well located in Condesa, with big, comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff. However, no central AC or heating (our fault; we should have noticed), a dark breakfast bar (the staff really helps but you won't go there more than once), and their internet does not work (not the right place to stay if you have to work during your stay).

Disappointing and Overpriced

Surprised by the high reviews as I was disappointed: pictures were misleading, no air conditioning, hotel was more bare bones than expected and overpriced for what it was. For the same price or slightly more, you can get way better accommodations in the area. The staff, while didnt speak much english, did try to help was much as they could and was the only positive part of the stay.

This is a very nice little hotel, in a perfect Condesa, Hippodromo location. Very nice staff, and it comes with breakfast! They supply drinking water too, which I appreciate in Mexico City. The bathroom was spacious, there was hot water, and everything was so clean.
