The Ritz-Carlton sets the standard for hospitality. Always a warm greeting and superlative service. On this visit I was unfortunately stricken with a bug that prevented me from checking out on time and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. I cannot say how much I appreciated their care and concern.

The attentiveness of the staff was top notch. However, I had a snack for the room snack bar that wasn’t fresh. Also, the bulk body lotion is not the best since it doesn’t smell as good being refilled and unused.

Very nice hotel stay. The Sante restaurant food was very good. Nice hamburger and ravioli. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Good to be close to shopping

Do NOT STAY HERE. While the food, drinks and overall service were excellent. The room was just disturbingly outdated and old. The painted walls had a yellowish tint from age. There was rust around the handles in the shower, the bed was a frame with a wooden headboard GLUED TO THE WALL with grime on the wall from past guests. The bottom of the bed frame was visible - metal poles with wheels at the bottom, full of dust and just tacky. It was disgusting and not for the price that I paid. Worst Ritz that I have EVER stayed in and shameful to the brand name. NOT luxury or 5 star hotel. I want my money back. When I expressed my disappointment while checking out, the hotel’s attendant admitted that they stayed once and would NEVER STAY AGAIN.

There’s a wonderful gentleman there by the name of Solomon. What a great ambassador for the Ritz Carlton. He makes your stay worth coming back. What a gentleman he’s so good he could open his own hotel chain called Solomons. Thank you for the wonderful day Rich Carlton
