Wonderful Hotel to Stay at in The Colony!
Such a wonderful place to stay. I was thankful that it was clean, the staff was super friendly and accommodating and add to that off the breakfast offered in the morning was fantastic! Really nice area off the entry way to get coffee, breakfast and watch morning news. I will definitely use this hotel again!

Stay it’s worth it. Be prepared to park far tho!
The property was neat and clean! Quiet and very relaxing. The only problem I had was the parking, it’s horrible there a semi took up like 5 parking spots and they didn’t see nothing wrong with that. But overall it’s worth staying parking just sucks! They share with both hotels on the side of them!

I’m saddened!
My family and I were looking forward to this stay. This hotel has always been great to us and we’ve never had an issue. Until this past stay. Everything was great until we went to the pool. The pool area was horrible! As soon as we opened the door to the pool. A fishy smell came straight towards us. Usually you could smell chlorine. So we chanced it and I told the kids maybe it’s just the floor. When we got in the pool we almost slipped off the stairs as the stairs and pool were slimy and slick. It was as if algae was in there. We were so disappointed we all got out went upstairs and showered. My kids said it smelt like a pond/ lake.

Not worth it.
A lot disappointing. Don’t let the 9.-ratings fool you. The minute you walk in the door it has a horrible odor. They said it was normal and they don’t know what to do about it. I called spelt Kool-Aid on the floor just as you come in the door two spot. A day later the red Kool-Aid is still on the floor in front of the door after I’ve spoken to two employees. The room was very clean and did not smell. The pool water and area smelt terrible. The breakfast was edible and that’s all I can say about that. We were very disappointed will not stay here again

Worst hotel ever.
I didn't even get checked in, because when I showed up at 1 pm after driving hours to get there, I was told by the girl at the counter that I couldn't check in early and to come back at 3. I took my kids to eat and to kill some time and came back, and there was a different person working who told me they canceled my room because they tried to charge my card (it was locked?) and I always pay when I check in. I drove over 3 hours to get there and be told to come back in a bit, then all of a sudden I have 2 tired kids and no room. That is not okay. If I book a room it's because I need a room, and if the option to pay when I get there isn't valid then WHY is it an option?

Not what they show and bad customer service.
Verify pictures and amenities as they are not accurate. Breakfast is not stocked, out of food completely by 8:30 and customer service regarding room features and amenities is laughable. Spend over 50 nights a year traveling and this is one of the worst and dishonest experiences i have had.
