Excellent location, helpful staff, and an overall fuss-free and comfortable stay. Having Starbucks, Pret and M&S right next door is a big plus, and the convention centre is also just a short walk away. The location is extremely convenient, especially for anyone attending an event at the convention centre. The only issue I had was the carpet in the room. I have a dust allergy, and unfortunately I found myself sneezing quite a lot in the mornings after waking up. It may be worth the hotel considering alternative flooring materials in the future, or perhaps more frequent deep cleaning and thorough vacuuming of the carpets. This would make the rooms more comfortable for guests who are sensitive to dust or have allergies. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, and I would be happy to stay here again.

This is the hotel I stayed in when I visited Hong Kong. The location is conveniently close to MTR, Star Ferry, the tram etc. Laundromat and laundry services are close by. Canton Room, the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, serves excellent food. The room is very clean and the bedding is changed daily.
