Bad breakfast experience
I’ve stayed here many times, the breakfast was always good. The last two times most of the food was gone @ 7:00am. Milk and orange juice pitches were empty, rolls were gone, only two sausages. Looked around and there wasn’t an attendant to ask. Front desk clerk was gone.

Great stay for the price. Breakfast was a little limited and ended at 9 am - half hour later would be nice. The room was clean and bed (pillows, sheets and mattress) was comfortable.

Ive stayed at 1 star hotels better than this place
Sorry for the long rant but...the place looks nice and modern but then we checked in. There was dried urine on the bottom of our toilet seat, only about half a showers worth of shampoo left in the container on the shower wall. There was no soap in our room. I spoke to house keeping in the hallway and asked for a bar of soap, she told me she didn't have any to leave in the rooms and I needed to call the front desk. There was an obnoxious green light blinking from the smoke detector on the wall all night long. Breakfast was deplorable, they ran out of coffee, I spoke to the kitchen and she said she would refill it. 30 minutes later I spoke to the front desk staff and they told me to talk to the kitchen staff. When I said I spoke to them 30 minutes earlier they said "That doesn't surprise me". There was no milk and the juice machine was "out of order", there was nothing for us to drink other than water. According to the kitchen staff they didn't have anymore biscuits for the gravy. Later we saw employees walking out of the kitchen area with guess what...biscuits and gravy. The breakfast plates were literally smaller then the waffles. Why have a waffle machine if you don't have plates large enough to serve them on?

Good Choice!
Check in very easy. Desk person very helpful regarding area. Room clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night. Looks like nice amenities but did not use. Breakfast ok. The lobby et al very pretty and clean. Reasonable, especially for passing through.

We got there late nothing close by to eat. Bathroom had no soap or hairdryer looked like Someone tore things off wall. Breakfast was terrible, old biscuits, toaster and juice machine broke. Only had few pastries and fruitlloops. Stayed here because of Wonderful review. Felt like over paid for sure. Bed was comfortable.

The building was modern and in great condition overall. The room wasn't sparkling clean, there were some slight issues in the bathroom (minor mildew in the shower and the like), but overall it was a level of clean that felt very comfortable. The linens were very clean, no signs of bed bugs or anything else. The breakfast had a couple edible options, but it wasn't the best. Check-in staff was not rude, but not friendly either. My main complaint was related to the staff the following morning. There was no one stationed at the front desk, only a clipboard requesting that guests check-out by putting down their name and email address (not great on the privacy factor). There was a staff member chatting on the phone in the breakfast/lounge area however. She greeted us pleasantly when we came in, but then continued to gossip on the phone about people she knew drinking and smoking, as well as about her upcoming court date. She also used a particularly profane curse word within clear earshot of my 11 year old.

Customer service needs some work.They give me a room and if somebody else is room. I get in and magically. The computers are down so they had a hard time. I set there for 45 minutes to get a room key. And that was wrong came back down and they finally gave me another room with a double bed and which I asked for a king bed. And the room that I had smelt like a old musty person was in there.
