everything was great. room was spacious and clean. bed was very comfortable. pillows were very soft for my liking, but not terrible. staff were very friendly.

Mattress wasn’t great. Biggest problem was that we needed to return a car and asked for the phone number for the shuttle service and we were given the wrong number. It was actually an out of service number. So we walked from the airport back to the hotel. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem able to answer questions out of the ordinary.

Compared with my Ashland Studio Inn trip, the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel is the hotel from heaven. Nice and clean and quiet and safe.

I stayed there 4 nights. The heat never fully worked. I asked for assistance from several staff members. Your only bright spot is kenya. I'm on my way back home with a miserable cold. The solution is either shut the room down until the problem can be remedied, or fix it right away. Thank you.

Checked in. Was sent to the wrong room. Had to move all of my stuff and check into another room. After settling in and getting undressed to take a shower, the shower was broken. Had to get dressed and move yet another room. Very exhausting. Staff did not accommodate me for the inconvenience, staff barely cared. My second time staying at this hotel as I frequent the area for business however I think that was my last.

The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious! The only downside was having to change rooms because there was a boys soccer team staying in the hotel. I mentioned at check in not wanting to be in the midst of any children groups. I explained it’s customary for children and pets to be on the lower levels and couples or individuals traveling to be assigned upper levels and away from the noise. The staff responded as if they were incompetent and didn’t understand what I was trying to say. Needless to say we feel victim to excessive noise and door banging pranks.
My request to be separated is a standard procedure in hospitality and after several attempts we were finally assigned a quiet room on the top floor. So we packed up and moved.
Next time I will call ahead to be sure there aren’t any groups and/or access to a manager that can accommodate us accordingly without all the aggravation.
