Good location. The apartment clean and big. Sif is just beside the bus stop 12. And there is a wonderful food court beside. Great experience and definitely come again.

Check-in was fine. We could not lower the temperature and the shade in the bedroom did not work. Never found the trash care, nor the Apple Pay work on the trash bins.

En general bien. Muy buena ubicación. Solo que falta limpieza. La cortina de baño olía muy feo incluso la tuvimos que lavar para usar la regadera. La terraza no era utilizable ya que todos los muebles estaban muy sucios y las cortinas enrollables estaban llenos de mosquitos

What a fabulous place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there and found it a convenient location to walk to downtown Reykjavík while also being close enough to free street parking. The only “issues” we had were with the trash/recycling, as we couldn’t find the key card that was supposed to be in the apartment, and we were unclear on whether or not the there was a cleaning service. We were there for over two weeks and didn’t notice any cleaning or changing of towels. These were really minor issues though and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The management reached the day before we checked in & gave me the codes for the entrance & for the apartment. It was very easy! There was a place to store our luggage prior to check in. We had a spectacular view!!!! The apartment was clean & comfortable. The only thing that I would change is having more towels & having sheets provided for the sofa bed.

First, the good. The apartment is in a great location. It has all the amenities listed. It is spacious and an easy walk to the city center. Now the bad : we checked in at 3 PM. The apartment was filthy. It took the cleaner two extra hours to clean it so it in fact was not ready until 5 PM. We were two mothers traveling with children a nd we were exhausted. We emailed the apartment management multiple times with no response. Ultimately, instead of offering a partial refund, they offered us a late check out which was of absolutely no use to us. We paid for two hours and which we are unable to use the apartment at the most critical time when our kids needed to sleep. So if you care about location and space this is a good fit. If you care about customer service and regard for guests, I would not recommend this place. It was it was not ready in time Despite the notice that we gave management that we had landed. And when we arrived, I cannot stress enough, how dirty the place was until the cleaner was done. Another thing worth noting is that it took management 3+ hours to respond to emails or text and they still have not responded to the email. I sent saying that we did not want the late check out but would prefer a refund instead.

Great location, everything within Reykjavík easily walkable. Grocery stores a few minutes walk in several directions. Apartment was very spacious and modern we had so much room as a family of 4. It was clean, warm and well-maintained. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a rental car and parked on the next road which was free. There were always spaces available. Overall would highly recommend for a city break.
