Great location - rooms good, if a little pricey - the only disappointment was the bar/food eating area - very slow service, ok quality, waiters did seem to have issues understanding drink /food orders... Front desk was delight - very professional and efficient...had the service and food area been better, i would have given it 5 stars..

Door man met me immediately when I exited the taxi. He opened my door and said welcome. (he wore a hat). I felt welcomed after my long train ride. I was checked in immediately and went upstairs. I was so tired I ordered room service for dinner. Food arrived within 20 minutes. I was surprised it was so fast. Maid knocked on my door to turn down the bed. I felt like aa queen. Everyone was very nice. Went out of their way for everything.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were so warm and inviting, always ready to help. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect and walkable. 5 minutes to shops, food, and Central Park. This will be my go to property when visiting the city.
