Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, el hotel ya tiene sus años, le falta un poco de mantenimiento. El personal comenzó a marcar a las 12 en punto para que desalojáramos. Un poco raro.

Volveríamos a ir...? Claro que lo haríamos!!!
Las instalaciones no son nuevas pero el mantenimiento en general, nos hacen ver, que si tienen mucho y muy buen mantenimiento. El personal de limpieza, siempre lo ves trabajando y lo mas importante de todo, es que todos, absolutamente todos, siempre sonriendo y muy amables. En sí, OAXACA, encontraras a gente maravillosa. Hotel Victoria, es parte de ello!! Su comida excelente. Son de los lugares que te dan ganas de llamarles a todos por su nombre!!! Sus áreas verdes, INCREIBLES!!!

A nice affordable stay
Keep in mind that this review is based on a pretty economically friendly room between $50-$75 a night. The place was huge, so there is a wide variety of how nice the room can be. Our room was just right for the two of us as we didn’t spend a lot of time in there mainly just to sleep and store our stuff. However, the view that we got was amazing, but that was really sheer luck as some of them were not as good. Overall, the stay was really nice. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Nothing here is super fancy and you can see the wear and tear but the staff are super friendly and it feels like Mexico. The restaurant had just OK food nothing great same with the drink but was highly convenient and the view from the upstairs bar was breathtaking. DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE!! They sneakily charged me 1400 pesos for one single load of laundry even though I asked them what the charges would be. Literally more than an entire night at the hotel... Really ruined the good feel about them and is the only reason I wouldn’t return. You can do it down the street for 20 pesos. I think what I’d say is that this is a good affordable place that isn’t directly in the city center, but close enough that you can walk or take a taxi for five dollars. Besides the one laundry altercation everything about the day was really nice.

Comfortable, but dated.
The hotel is very dated. The beds were very comfortable, but the bathroom was old and needed attention. It did the job, but wasn’t particularly pleasant to be in. No fridge in the room to keep water cold. The staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, but I didn’t need crickets in my omelette! But when in Mexico and all that! The grounds were spotless and the pool was lovely. A great bonus after a day in the city. You need transport or taxis to get in and out if the town. I the evening they do have a free bus to take you into the town.

Lo tradicional, familiar y comodidad en Oaxaca.
Es un hotel cómodo, familiar, considero que es un hotel con habitaciones muy amplias. Tiene jardines grandes y una alberca. Tiene un estilo tradicional, respecto al costo, lo considero muy accesible. El personal es muy amable. Cada vez que viajo a Oaxaca me gusta hospedarme aquí, por el costo y la comodidad que ofrece. El restaurante me parece un poco elevado y hay que mejor el menú, pero sigue siendo mi hotel preferido. Felicidades

We'll be back!
We really enjoyed our stay. The Buffet daily breakfast was terrific and well worth it. The free hourly shuttle to/from the center of town in the evening was great! Friendly and helpful staff. Great views. Free parking. Highly recommend.

The property is very nice. The landscaping is very nice and welcome. When you enter, the bellboy helps take your bags up. There is no elevator in this property. There are 3 floors for the standard rooms. The villas are separate. The room was nothing special. It had a musty smell and the beds were very hard. Not comfy at all. It got the job done but it’s pretty far from the center walking. Overall the grounds were nice but the basic double room could have been better.
