Worth a stay.

Nice overnight stay prior to joining a cruise the next day. Stayed in the triple room which was nice & big for the two of us. Staff very nice and friendly. Took a taxi for €10 each with baggage directly to the cruise ship the next day. That made life easy!

I was coming into town and checking in around 8pm. There was no one at the premises so I was told how to get in. This is no problem and expected. However the person corresponding with me was not very responsive. In the morning there was still no one there and I could not get a response. There was no coffee, no breakfast. My tv remote did not work and the heater said that it needed a filter cleaning. I was told to check myself out (this was very much a self service with no assistance on how to navigate the town) I was there for a cruise. Nd was trying yo figure out how yo get a taxi to the port or if I should walk and once again no response. I never write reviews and have never felt motivated to write a bad one until now! I think for me it is very important to have a human interaction at some point!

Dodgy check in

The check in process was terrible….when we got there the building was closed and there was nobody at reception. we had to make two phone calls to get the guy to come and open the door for us and this took over an hour and a half. He apologise and gave us a couple of bottles of beer but it was not a good check in and we were scared that we had lost our money. because there was nobody at the property most of the time to service the room we ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask if we needed anything. One day we found another couple standing outside not able to get in so we let them in which was pretty poor because there was nobody at reception to see them so they just sat there until somebody showed up. it also says online that check-in is at 9 am but this is not true.

Good location hotel with clean rooms!

We were having one night stay at this unique hotel… its location is so convenient to get around for good food and shopping! Moreover the manager is a very friendly and patient person.

This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. We were very frustrated. The rooms were kept clean. The area was great. It was right by the pier. We wouldn't stay there again.

They were very helpful before our arrival. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and a driver the following day to take us to the port. The hotel is in an office building and very hard to find. Luckily a person was in the hall and we asked him where it was and he apparently was associated with the hotel. Otherwise we would not have gotten in. We arrived at 4:30 pm which apparently was after hours and we had no instructions how to get in. He let us into the front desk and gave us a key to our room. The room has no closet and is very basic. The bathroom was up to date and very nice.
