great location. Nice hotel, little tricky to find

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. Was a little hard to find as it has a tiny little sign on the big door a bit like you find on a block of units. once in the door you go up the little lift to the 1st floor and to the right you have a door you press the buzzer and you will be let in. The receptionist didnt under stand english the best. We had booked a room with 2 beds as we didnt want to sleep in same bed and was told there was a plumbing issue and she showed us a 1 bed small room when we said we were not happy she called her boss who said he would come at 5pm. When he arrived he said he moved us as he had over booked I said how is that my fault. I prob would have been more understanding if they had not lied in the 1st instance with saying there was a plumbing problem. After to and froing he put us int he room we had booked over 6months earlier. Once settled in the room it was spacious and everything we had expected. good water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast is available but we didn't book it. But from what I saw it was your basic breakfast to start your day. There is a nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the breeze. It was a little noisy at night so if your a light sleeper pop on your headphones. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend. Just note to owner and staff just be honest next time you over book rooms.

BOOK THIS ONE!!

This hotel was amazing, if your looking for a clean safe place this is it. Close to the port for the cruisers and the train station is about 10 min walk and it’s about 45 min train ride to Rome!!! Customer service was amazing and the city is beautiful lots of restaurant and a beautiful Terrace to seat and enjoy your morning coffee/tea. BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding, well located hotel with spacious room

The hotel building is located right at the start of the port area opposite Mcdonalds. It has easy access to the beach and the port, and the local town. The room itself was great, we had two opening Juliet Balcony doors onto the hotels veranda. The bathroom was brilliant and had everything you needed. The check in was swift, the hotel checked with me beforehand to see when I will arrive and was there to greet us. The local area was busy the night we stayed, we came back and sat out on the veranda for a while before going to bed. The room was quiet. I would stay in this hotel again. Thank you for the lovely stay

Disappointed

Unfortunately, the accommodation was not what we expected especially from reading the previous reviews, claiming excellent offerings. We expected more - showers are tiny, bathrooms were dirty, our sink had hundreds of cracks, the mattress were extremely hard, not to our taste. At night the outside light made it difficult to sleep as it lit up the whole room as if you had a side light on. I suppose this is all a personal perception.. But we will not be staying here again ..

Cruise i Italia

Vi hadde et svært hyggelig opphold på hotellet, som har en utmerket beliggenhet med kort avstand til cruisehavnen. Personalet var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme, noe som bidro til en positiv opplevelse. Rommet var romslig og komfortabelt, og vi sov godt. Badet var også romslig, men dusjhodet burde vært byttet ut, da det var noe misfarget av mugg.

Pre-

We transferred from Rome the day before our cruise. The room was comfortable. The ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. The front desk arranged our transportation to the port. At the time is our visit, the cost was 10 euro per person.

Pre cruise delight

We stayed here the night before boarding the msc divina for a cruise. Found Elisa, the best of Hosts, that was brilliant in contact and information and even sorted us out a transfer to the ship the following morning. Room was stunning and even got a free breakfast. Cant recommend the 7bells enough and highly recommended

Worth a stay.

Nice overnight stay prior to joining a cruise the next day. Stayed in the triple room which was nice & big for the two of us. Staff very nice and friendly. Took a taxi for €10 each with baggage directly to the cruise ship the next day. That made life easy!

I was impressed with the property and area. Reminded me of a Bed & Breakfast, although the breakfast was continental. The staff was great also and made sure I checked in comfortably although it was late at night. Very close to cruise port.

They should put in the information that they dont have 24 front desk. The only time it will show you what check in policy is after you pay them. Then its non refundable. What a scam.
