The front desk staff was very courteous, friendly and willing to help. The rooms were not kept clean. I expected daily service but often it was just a change of towels, and the bed was not made. Found that the bathroom was not swept or mopped.

Room size was great! AC made it very comfortable. Andrea at reception was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Shower had great water pressure and was updated. No coffee maker in the room or available except during restaurant hours of operation. Breakfast was advertised to start at 7:00 AM but didn’t open until 7:40 AM. No soap or shampoo available, and body wash made available had an odd odor.

Friendly staff and accommodating with providing breakfast outside hotel hours. Downside of stay was a family down the hall who had their door open and babies crying and screaming (sometimes in play) for several hours early the morning of our departure. We didn't complain to hotel management so not sure how they would have reacted but surprised they didn't hear the noise and come to check it out.
