Our stay at NH Hotel was sublime. The staff were incredibly patient and considerate, we felt safe and the location was perfect. Metro and Bus within walking distance, fabulous Roman Pizza from Pizza Colonna (highly recommend) and top rated gelato around the corner from Gelatia La Roma! The Vatican is very close, as is St Peters Basillica and two Piazza's within walking distance. Felt very lucky to have stayed here, thank you to all who made us feel welcome!

Quick Stay in Rome.

The NH hotel in Rome was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they stored our luggage until check in. They had a really nice staff member to provide maps and information about the area. The overall feel of the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room we had was awesome, spacious with nice amenities. They also provided an excellent breakfast buffet for a reasonable fee. Location was also great, within walking distance of many local sights. The overall experience was excellent.

The property is great and the room was beautiful. We were able to get into our room early and enjoyed several of the restaurants just a couple blocks from the hotel. What we DID NOT enjoy was being booked in an illegal taxi by the hotel staff and the being stopped by the police as we entered the airport. Unbelievable.

Great spot, away from the busy tourist sections. Amazing buffet breakfast definitely a plus! Rooms are small, but that’s expected in Rome. However, I definitely think management needs to step up on the housekeeping. Sheets aren’t changed during your stay, we walked into our room and the bathroom mirror had soap on it. Overall, it was a rush clean up each time it was noticeable. No one is really ever present downstairs at the counter … you have to wait until someone notices you.
