One of the elevators was down off/on throughout the weekend, which made for a VERY long wait time. It was a VERY busy weekend filled with lots of guests, so you would've thought they could work faster on finding a solution. There was no sign indicating that the elevator was broken. We only knew through word of mouth from other guests. We were on the 4th floor and could use the stairs, but it only allowed you to go outside the building, you couldn't enter onto the main level inside the hotel. It was very strange. Unfortunately for us, we were on the opposite end of the building as our car. It was raining.
The only staff that was friendly was the lady attending the breakfast station, which was not included with the hotel room cost.
The front desk staff didn't greet guests with a friendly welcome. When checking out, I waited quite a while before someone came and then she talked with her mouth full of food.
If the elevator was operable, the staff were more friendly and the breakfast was included, we would stay here again.
