Wheres my room?
Booked a room in advance. Traveled to city for an event that evening. Found out they rented out my room i booked. We arrived at 5:30pm which was two and a half hours after available check in.
The service desk told us to go wait on the couches in lobby. While we waited the place got busier and busier. After waiting 45min, we approuched the desk whi h was very akward as there was now a huge line up of people checking in. Had to bud in line to inquire about our room. They said oh yes we have moved you to a lower floor. Originally paid more for the upper geande room floor.
Had to ask if any discount, staff rudely mentioned, if i wanted i could get 10% off. Why should i have to ask?
In th3 end we were late for our supper, late for our event...rushed the whole evening.
