Great apartment

The apartment itself was very clean however it was just not in a very safe environment. I was traveling solo and ended up doing some running around the apartment in the surrounding area and it didn’t seem like the most safe area to be in as a solo traveler. However, if you’re traveling with a group, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s very clean and they are very good with communication.

A fuir ! Si à l'ouverture de la porte, l'appartement parait bien, une fois entré c'est autre chose. - une puanteur dans nom (j'ai passé 1.5 bouteille de febreze en 3 jours, l'odeur était si forte que je suis partie avant la fin de ma réservation) - des portes et des murs défoncés - isolation inexistante - ils vous prélèvent une caution de $ 250.- pour d'éventuels dégats et si vous ne faites aucune photo, ils vous facturent les travaux à venir qui ne seront jamais fait. - aucun commerce à proximité (2 miles pour le premier supermarché) - quartier insécure et bruyant - le parking annoncé est à 100 mètres derrière l'immeuble et en pente. Quand on décharge les valises ou les courses, cela se sent bien. Bref, je déconseille à tout point

1st time to Nashville

The place was very nice, updated kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom good size. Bedding needs to be updated. Could tell there were old stains that just won't come out. Comfort bed. Area was alright too. I felt safer because of the gates area. Parking was a little cramped at times. Host was great at communicating. It's a 3.8/5😁

Clean but floors dirty

The place was clean but you can tell that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a very long time because I had to move the nightstand over to plug in a cord and there were several dead flys on the floor next to the bedroom window. I had to sweep but couldn't mop became there was no mop. The bathtub ledges were dusty. The bathroom had no heat and the vent would not turn off because the switch was broken. There were no filters for the coffee maker and the area rug in the living room was curled up in the corner and I tripped over it . The livingroom, bedroom, kitchen were clean, tables and stove and fridge very clean but the place needed to be swept and mopped and that area rug needs to go. I liked that there were pots and pans and dishes, knives and a dishwasher and laundry in the kitchen. A blender and toaster too so this was very convenient and I was able to cook dinner for my family and breakfast for my kids. It would be nice if there were some hooks to hang wet towels. Other than the rug being a tripping hazard and the floor needing to be swept I have no complaint. It was in the 30s while I was there so heat in the bathroom would be nice. The shower gets really hot and has great water pressure but water runs oit after like 6 minutes.

Decent enough place. Check in is more of a hassle than most places but not a huge issue. Unsafe are but intensive a gate so not too bad. Apartment fits all the needs and close to downtown attractions.

Poor communication

When I got to the property they gave me the wrong access codes to get into the apartment. There’s no one on property and when I called no one answered. Had to book another hotel and when I got a hold of them the next day they have a non refundable rule. So paid for 2 nights there and 2 nights at the new hotel with no compensation

DO NOT BOOK THIS. It is located in a very unsafe area. People under the influence loitering the property at all hours of the day. We contacted management before we spent the 1st night and they said they would call us in 20 minutes about relocation/refund, but they never did, so we had to spend the night at a hotel. The second night, we thought someone tried to break in, so we packed our things, got a police escort, cut our trip short, and went home. 0/10 communication skills from management. Did nothing to help us in a timely manner. Were promised to be contacted but we had to hunt them down. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This was a perfect location that allowed you quick access to everywhere you wanted to be. The apartment was great as well. No need to ever look at hotel rooms again if you are looking to be close to Broadway for a trip. Will rent again in the future. The neighborhood past it looks a little rough but there was no issues. Do not stay here, spend your money elsewhere

First and foremost, this property is nothing like the pictures! It’s located on the wrong side of the train tracks near Section 8 housing, with a literal train next to the building. Our Uber drivers warned us about the area and even asked if we were sure we had the right location. The management requires an excessive amount of personal information before confirming your booking, which feels intrusive. However, they don't hesitate to charge a deposit fee and the full stay fee upfront. The decor looked half-hearted. The toilet didn't flush properly, and we had to fill the back tank with water to make it work. The bathroom door frame was broken and poorly glued back together and painted over. The couch was dirty, the sheets were unclean, the pillows were uncomfortable, the carpet was filthy, the walls were dirty, and the coffee maker didn't work. For the price a night, you would expect much more; they should use that money to upgrade the place. I recommend spending your money elsewhere and paying extra for a significantly better stay.
