The flat is new, well accessorised, very big and bright, and super close to the tube station. Out host was responsive and helped us when there was an electricity outage. What could be improved: the bedroom doesn’t have black out curtains.

Terrible? Let's make an inventory: Homeless people sleeping along with the smell of urine near the building entrance. The neighbors above & adjacent to the flat had a shouting match one morning that lasted until 5am. A few days later they had a loud party that lasted until dawn. Worst of all, they have 2 dogs that roam outside, often next to the flat's patio, that bark all day preventing any kind of peace. And for the grand finale, the neighbors below the flat had a party that went to 3am the day we needed to leave for the airport.

Superb place to stay in Porto

It was absolutely fabulous place to stay. We highly recommend it. It was very clean and the owners were very friendly and helped us in what we needed. When we come back to Porto, we will definitely stay here.

Muy buena opción

El apartamento es precioso, está muy limpio y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. Advierto que si te cuesta dormir con luz en este apartamento no hay persianas. La ubicación está muy bien, esa misma calle hacia abajo es el centro de tiendas y demás. Y para aparcar en la calle de atrás no se paga y suele haber hueco.

This was a lovely property - clean, bright and in a wonderful location if you are okay not being directly in downtown. I thought it was better than downtown because you are DIRECTLY across from Marques park which is where you can take the metro downtown in 6 minutes for 1.2 euro. Metro is super clean and safe and I took it all over Porto and into neighbouring areas. Marques has a fabulous outdoor cafe with wonderful cappuccino in the morning and great beer at the end of the day. Feels local and friendly - a special treat to have the apartment located where it is. Totally accessible to downtown, but a quiet local feel at the end of the day. PS- I also took the metro to the airport on my way out - super easy and under 3 euro. The apartment itself has a large living area and bedroom. Everything feels clean and newly renovated. The host allowed me to check in early when I asked. Would totally stay here again!! Definitely 5 star experience.
