While hotel has always been my favourite whenever I visited Georgetown due to it's location to various food options and places of interest, management seems to be neglecting state of rooms and amenities. Dust is clearly visible on walls, USB ports for charging is no longer working and two treadmills in gym is not working properly. Will be looking elsewhere for my next visit since getting around with Grab is so convenient nowadays.
