newly redecoration was a bit of a failure. very plain and just painted over old. relatively clean but blanket on bed was badly stained. Bed was way too soft (although that is a personal preference) breakfast was decent though no hot foods were offered other than a waffle iron. Staff was friendly. There were some very loud obnoxious other guests. location was good as we were just passing though as was fine for this purpose.

Dated and need of repairs

Staff was friendly but the room was not ready when the key was given to us and the housekeeper was still cleaning and preparing the room. The room was very dated and in need of repairs. From the tub faucet dripping to needing paint The photos are not what our room looked like. Will not stay there again

I stayed there for one night. The room smelt like someone smoked in there and the deadbolt on my room was like falling off, to where I had to move the chair to put in front of my door so no one could break in. I should’ve said something but I was so exhausted from my travels and needed to sleep.

Nice stop before you hop go to IHOP

This room was excellent because it was very clean to get some rest before finishing a long trip. There’s a IHOP right next to the hotel. I suggest going there and skipping the breakfast at the hotel because there is no protein or fresh fruit.

Horrible Do Not Stay Here

Arrived and got into our room and there was a big white slimy stain on top of my sheets. They brought me new sheets for the bed that I had to make and get the sheets off the bed for them. I look outside and there was prostitutes standing and parked in their cars all day and night in and out all night bumping music in their cars late at night. We had a room that had a door that led too the room behind us and there were people fighting in there to where we almost called the police and then proceeded to have sexual intercourse 10 min latter. I assume it was the prostitutes. There were people out in the parking lot smoking what I assume heroin out of a straw and tin foil laying on the Ground next to our School Van. The next night same thing at 3 am people were back in the room smoking inside room and then having sexual intercourse that kept us up in the middle of the night. Then an alarm was going off for an hour at like 5 am before they shut it off. The other room the that the parents and athletes had the shower knob fell off and they could not shut the shower off. There room was clean other than that but then they could not use the shower because the knob was broken. I will not stay there ever again as we come to Bakersfield every year for the CA CIF High School State Wrestling Tournament. Horrible to have young kids see, here and witness this type of environment
