The hotel was able to fit my family of 4 sharing 2 double beds. It was a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station. A 7-Eleven was 3 min away. Very convenient because of proximity to subway to get to all the districts. The only negative was space for luggage... there was very little. We travelled light... 4 carry-ons, but that filled up whatever space there was. Apart from that, we would stay at this hotel again.

She is terrible, doesn’t know nothing and keeps urging even though she’s working as a customer service representative without knowing English at all. Don’t want to help at all.
