Flexible receptionist services.I reserved 2 Queen bed a 37sq/ft size of the room non.smoking so we can relax from 7 hours drive. But the room they gave us 2 double bed, dumped and smelly with cigarette smoke, so I asked the receptionist to pls. move us into what we reserved, unfortunately there is no more 2 queen beds room available so he moved us into the king and sofa bed room. We are grateful for transferring us on the 7th floor it is cleaner and smell better.

Good economical hotel

Stayed here many times. Rooms are good. Hotel is a bit old. Denny's restaurant attached. Has cocktail bar and swimming pool.

Never again.

The elevator was malfunctioning and almost squished my kids when closing as it would not reopen. The elevator would also open prior to getting to the floor. We told the front and they said the its fine they get it checked annually. So they put a sign up on the main floor elevator door saying its a little rough but works.OHS would have lots of fun auditing this place. Room was very dirty. They were scrubbing the tile around the pool with no proper ventilation, maybe just close the pool while its being cleaned next time.

Hotel in Desperate Need of Renovation

The service at the front desk was excellent (quick and efficient). The hallway to the room looked like it had t been cleaned for a month and the carpet was badly stained. The room had grass on the floor for some reason which lead us to believe the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The hotel needs to have sone capital dollars spent on it to bring it up to a standard that is more reflective of a modern hotel. “Rust stains” around the bottom of the toilet and around the bathtub drain. We were not impressed.

Front desk agent was nice at check in Bathtub was dirty and the shower head not fully functioning. There needs to be upgrades done or some proper cleaning and maintenance.

Hair in the tub, floors, in the beds and a clump in the tub drain! Peeling wallpaper with stains on the walls, in the carpet and in the hall. Elevator does not respond despite using keycard. Weird black specks on the window sill (dead insects? black mold?). Didn’t stay the night, attempting a refund but not holding my breath. NOT A 3 STAR PROPERTY!!!
