Nice newer building. Modern, attractive, clean and spacious apartment. Great sea view from the large balcony. Five minute walk to the beach. Good WiFi.
I couldn't figure out how to turn on the A/C. There were two remotes, neither worked on either device. At night when I closed the glass doors the apartment got uncomfortably warm. So I opened the glass doors again but then I had traffic noise, so I ended up with hardly an hour of sleep, and was glad I only spent the one night.there before my flight.
The bedding was strange, I couldn't really tell if it was a sheet or a mattress pad on the bed, it was some uncomfortably-warm wrinkled fabric with a small hole and a few unpleasant stains.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the wash basin a bit too small for comfortably brushing teeth.
A guy came knocking on the door after 10 PM to ask for the cleaning fee. I was up and about but I think someone else might not be happy about an uncoordinated visit at such a late hour. He was a nice fellow, though, and brought with him a box of candy with compliments of the owner - a nice touch!
I hope they check the A/C and address the small issues because the place can easily be made perfectly fantastic.
