Wonderful staff, however the bedding was not up to par in terms of cleanliness.

Hotel was decent
I originally booked two queens and about a week and a half before coming I contacted the hotel to see if I could get it switched to a king. They said they would honor it. Got to check in. Nope. And sold out so we got stuck in the queens. Not the worst situation just don’t like being fibbed too.

Not worth the price
I paid over $300 for 1 night. I reserved a club room thinking it would be a better room. There was a comic event there making the entire experience not great. Short staff. Restaurant was misleading. Said it was an American cuisine steakhouse. Our food options were frito pie, burger, pretzels. In the morning we got down stairs for shuttle at 8:25 couldn’t speak to staff for shuttle service till 8:30 . At that point we were advised we just missed service that they shuttle every 30 minutes. As I see the shuttle drive off. They should have advised all this at check in. This was not worth what we spent. Also I pre checked in via Marriott site. Check in is supposed to be at 3. Why did I get a notification after 8pm notifiing me that my room was ready.

The check-in attendant was not very courteous; they were on the phone while doing my check-in. I was not given any instructions on parking. I had requested a crib during reservation and it was not provided. I tried calling to inquire about it but there was no answer. The AC in the room was not properly working, and it was madening that my two young children were very uncomfortable because of that. I tried calling to see if they could switch me to another room, but again, there was no answer. The linens in the room smelled musty. I am not sure if the duvet was moldy from the inside out. Overall, a very disappointing experience given that it was at a Marriott. I was expecting more.
