Location (shuttle service) and check-in/our time
1) Although Starling Geneva Hotel and Conference Center is located near the airport (which should be convenient for the customers to travel from/to the airport), the hotel does not have appropriate arrangement for its shuttle service. According to its website, the hotel is the largest one on Switzerland. However, it does not provide sizeable shuttle buses and have no bus station at the aiport. This has caused unnessary inconvenience and waiting time to the customers. It is ridiculous that customers need to wait for more than 30 mins for a less than 5-min travelling time.
2) There were only two or three staff working at the reception. I always saw a long queue for check-in/check-out, which should be unacceptable for such a large hotel.

Nice hotel.
Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Nice breakfast and nice restaurant for dinner. The swimming pool is large and very nice!
The hotel is old and the beds are very hard (uncomfortable). The pool is nice.

Service is dropping.
Be careful Hotel com charge you for local taxes and than you get charged again for local taxes.
I had an experience where Eve the customer service representative asked me if I need an Arab speaking delicate as she found me an native English speaker, for some rude reason. Had another staff tell me it’s VAT.
Yet the amount of tax is the same. Was most probably charged twice. Couldn’t stand their and be told all kind off excuses.
Was offered a bus pass at 1 am in the morning.
When I ask what it can be used for at these time, they said we don’t know.
This hotel has gone slightly down in customer service.
Had one bathrob
One towel
And the room had a strong aura which for me wasn’t great.
This hotel it seems like it’s concentrated for lay over for the airport and full of other passengers.
