The flat had a washer which was great but not much amenities were provided except for cutlery. Unfortunately the flat was not well maintained so we did rate it low. The location was spot on we not only had a wonderful view of gondolas passing by but since it was in The area of San Marco we were walking distance from the important sites in Venice. It was pretty run down and you could hear the people above us pulling and dragging chairs which was annoying. It was fun staying there and they provided easy to follow instructions to where the flat was all the way from the stop we had to get off of the Vaporetto to the streets that lead up to the front door. Thank you for the stay

Difficult communication, unable to fix issues

Very difficult to find with google maps. No visible signage in front of appartment. The location and view are great. We were able to see many gondolas pass by. Communication was the worst I have ever seen. As soon as I paid the last bit (the visitor's tax) and received thecodes, there was NO communication. They put only 3 pillows instead of 5. Never came to bring the extra ones. Difficult nights. The door handle came out. Nobody came to fix it. My problem is not the mistakes, these happen. The real issue is the lack of communication andno effort to fix them. I tried different ways to contact them: through the app and via email, with no answer, to this day. The general company, Wonderful Italy, sent me a request for general comments, which I did. Still, they did not answer my questions. Would not recommend.

Good location. However, we ran into a few issues. First our main door knob was not secured in door and would easily come out. The batteries in the AC remote also weren’t working. We reported it and were told someone would come and fix it asap. No one ended up coming. We could also hear the people above us pretty well. Mosquitos were all over the place in the apartment so be aware of that.

Appartamento carino, ma con alcuni problemi : 1) freddo e con riscaldamento rotto 2) la sera del 2 novembre ho comunicato che i caloriferi non erano funzionanti e nessuno mi ha risposto , fino al mattino dopo, perciò abbiamo dormito al freddo 3) due federe dei cuscini erano un po’ sporche/macchiate 4) entrata esterna molto buia e senza illuminazione esterna

La quasi perfection

Excellent séjour en famille. Appartement très bien placé, les gondoliers sous les fenêtres pour ke spectacle. Seul point gênant les toilettes inconfortables. L' un dans un angle fermé obligeant à s'installer de côté, l'autre mieux orienter mais avec le robinet du sèche serviette dans les hanches. De petits détails mais qu'il faut signaler tant le reste est presque parfait.

This property was fantastic for our family, we are 3 teens and parents and this gave us the space we needed comfortably. The only issue we had was the property was not ready at the said time and we had to wait for another hour. However we would book it again and recommend others to do so.

Bekvämt i centrala Venedig

Perfekt läge nära alla sevärdheter. Alla bekvämligheter vi kunde behöva! Lite klurigt att hitta hit, men med en steg för steg beskrivning från boendet gick det som en dans. Lite sliten bäddsoffa, så inte den mest bekväma. Och glasbord med lös skiva var inte den bästa lösningen.

Beautiful apt with windows opening onto canal. Needed better instructions on how to enter codes at gate and doors. Need instructions on how to operate washing machine and more space to hang clothes. Absolutely need GPS to find your way to this apt. We walked, with luggage, to apt but beware you go up and down lots of stairs on the way there.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but the apartment itself was very nice from inside, and the owner provided all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The only challenge we faced was taking our heavy luggage to our apartment at 2nd level on the very narrow round stairs. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood.
