I stay here a lot during the year but this time around i had some issues. I had booked a king room for the night. I went to check in at 3, my room wasn't ready. I asked if there was anything available at that time, even a room with 2 beds. They told me no. I left and came back at 4, lined up for 20 minutes, was told again the room I booked was still not ready. I needed to get to a concert by 6. I asked again if they had anything available. They checked and i heard yes they do have a room ready with 2 beds. I said i will take it. I got checked in, went up to the room and the room i walked into was a small room with a double bed. I was not happy so i went back to the front desk and had to line up again for the 3rd time, by now its 430-445. I expressed my frustration. This guy understood my situation and asked what they can do to make it up. I first asked for a free night stay but was told they could not do that and the best they could do was 50%. I did accept the offer as i was in a rush to get to a room to get ready and be out the door by at least 530 for the concert. Totally stressful day.
